BIANCHI IMPULSO GRX810 DISC GRAVEL BIKE 2022

Designed to excel on a wide variety of surfaces, The bianchi impulso GRX810 disc gravel bike combines the efficiency of their road bikes with off-road-ready features.

The aluminium frame has clearance for 40mm wide tyres along with mudguard and rack mounts so that it can be ridden in any weather conditions or used to carry shopping or camping equipment. The bike is equipped with Kenda Alluvium tyres that offer enough grip and volume for off-road use, yet they still roll quickly on tarmac thanks to a smoother central section.

The 11-speed gravel-specific drivetrain utilises a 48/31 chainset and an 11-34 cassette to provide a very wide range of gears without introducing large, cadence-breaking jumps. Hydraulic disc brakes from Shimano allow for excellent stopping power and control whilst the 16° flared handlebar gives a more stable steering platform when off-road.

    The gearing on the Forme Kinder is simple – 8 speeds operated by a Shimano Rapid Fire trigger shifter. The range of gears should be fine for most hills a child of this age is tackling – after all the bike is named after Kinder Scout in the Peak District (close to where Forme Bikes are based).
